2009.01.06

OK, it's cold in The Netherlands. Freeeeezing! It still means I can get lovely shots outside so I am trying not to complain :) Today I decided to challenge myself and take a photo with my 'point & shoot' camera. My Canon Powershot A710. Luckily for me, it also has a macro setting !! :) Here is my photo for day 6:


Now, what to do when the snow & icicles disappear ???

    I miss icicles, really I do. I don't miss the cold, but I miss the beauty that a northern winter brings.

    Love the angle and the view of the icicles is awesome. We have just enough snow this morning to make it look brighter not so winter bleak looking.

    You did an excellent job with this! I've been avoiding all things outdoors because it's so darn cold, but this makes me want to hunt down icicles. :)

    wonderful photo, great shot, and that with a point & shoot. I can always borrow you a cat or dog or even a child to take pictures from when the ice dissapears :)
